Cancellation fees: 4.5% of the reservation amount will be charged to cover refund fees if you cancel your booking any time from the moment of reservation up to 72 hours before your check-in time. For late cancellations (within 72 hours of your check-in time): you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Please submit your cancellation request to our reservations team at [email protected].
If you do not cancel your reservation or fail to arrive between 2 pm and 11:30 pm on your check-in date, or if you fail to inform us of any changes regarding a next-day check-in request: your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount.
Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be done only through the original payment method, with a refund fee of 4.5% of the total amount will be subtracted from the guest's refund.
